	Hi, Here is the car I got my Mrs to learn to drive in and I was using to commute everyday so had it converted to LPG Nice solid car, 9 months MOT 1 months TAX, Fair bit of original paperwork, interior is very tidy for age. Exterior suffers from the usual red paint fade but buffs up lovely and lasts about 3 months till it starts to fade again. Its done just over 100,000 miles, full service history. LPG kit professionally fitted with receipts to prove. LPG filling point is hidden behind rear number plate so you'd never know from the outside. Also has a valve saver kit fitted. Without the lpg it was pricey to use but with it its £45 for 400 miles on gas. Known faults are the idle air valve has seized which can make it idle a bit funny and when the gas first kicks in it can stall if stationary but once warm its fine. Also the auto box goes fine but every now and again when you back off the throttle a bit it shudders, I've just got used to it so doesn't bother me. With these faults I've been using it to commute and its been 100% reliable. Any questions please ask. The pic's are from after it was mopped so its not as shiny now. The LPG is multipoint and cost £900 about a year ago.It has a diag plug. Reason for sale is the Mrs wants something smaller and ive been given my old man's Passat. £850 Will get some more pic's fairly soon. LPG Kit

	Hi buddy. Just to let you I picked up a 306 diesel yesterday so I would not be interested in your car. TBH it would have been a daily driver doing over 40 miles a day in rural Devon and it is just to nice for that. GLWS

	Hi, Has this issue that you posted about on the 4th of Feb on a different E30 Forum been fixed; Allo all, Had my 1987 E30 318i auto for 4 months now and am trying to get to the bottom of some running problems. Its been converted to lpg but the problems were there before. 1. When going above 40ish it sometimes jolts, like a violent missfire. Ive replaced all the ignition system to rule this out. Also because ts been converted to gas I can rule out the fuel system as gas is a stand alone system and it still does it on this. Ive got a sneaky feeling it could be the auto box. The fluid level is fine and I even tried a treatment through it but it made no difference. Are these boxes a problem?? 2. It seems gutless..I know its an old car with an old style auto box but it struggles with motorway speeds on anthing with a slight climb. When I got it it stalled alot which I found to be the airmass sticking shut. Ive replaced this witha second hand unit but its still flat as a wet fart. Also I only get 25mpg's....spoke to a bloke who had an identicle one and he said he gets 35mpg's.....the cars not a happy bunny. Any ideas would be welcome, thanks in advance. Thanks

	Allo, yeah its alot better. Turns out the flat spot is the idle air valve as its seized so needs a new one. The judder is still there but very rarely, seems I can drive it for a week and nothing then randomly a judder. Think I said about these in my original post??
