Duncan Hamilton.... was an amazing place. I was best friends with Adrian Hamilton's son at my last school and I got to look round a lot of his barns. It was the most amazing place I've ever seen, Maclaren F1 next to Mini Moke next to Ferrari 250LM next to BMW M5. I really was like a little boy in a sweet shop. Wish I was still friends with him cause I'd love to see that Jag in the flesh! haha awesome! My dad is friends with the fella who owns that place, have been for a mooch around a few times myself, soo many lovely cars, i know where id be visiting if i won the lottery! |

Always thought the series 3 cars looked a bit 'clumsy' but that is hawt!! I also like this which hotwire put in the OOF thread, bit more trad: Thats better, but still not a fan. I just think the proportions are wrong. Can appreciate them though. My mum had one (before i was born) but it was a straight 6, although apparantly they handle better than the 12's. There all supposed to be a bit iffy handling wise though aint they? Suffer from chassis flex I'm told. My mum sold heres when pertol went up to 50p a gallon! ;D |

Jeezus. No pleasing some people, huh! I just thought it was ianteresting because it tipped the whole e-type 'thing' on it's head, and also incorporated a hella lot of touches that we would like.  Oh and Dazmax.... let me know how you could professionally build one lie that to that spec 'on the cheap'  Ahh,as I said I love the car and I'd have trouble building a meccano version with my spannering skills! It's just the price tag that I did a double take on. I mean,whats a fraction of the build cost? Did it originally cost £300K,£400K? Serious car,but very serious money! |
