went out in it for something and for curiosity
tried the heat
it worked!!!!
so - its no either the wiring or the switch
how can i test the switch without buying another?
cant consult manual cos don't get it till friday
gonna speak to auto electrician about the wiring too
hope its cheap lol

Intermittent faults are always a sh*t ain't they?! I suppose an easy way to test the switch would be to take off the wires either side of the switch and put 'em together - see if the blower comes on.
Or stick a test light on the circuit.

bought another switch today
took the dash off (10 mins at work lol)
fitted switch
and nothing
looks like def a wire intermittent somewhere
gonna give it to electrician
