i am looking at renting a 2000 sq foot unit in cm3 (midway between chelmsford and great dunmow) to replace our sadly departed unit, but we have had a dropout which makes it too expensive for the 2 remaining people.
so we ideally need 1 or 2 sensible grownups to share with.
unit is a 2000sqft ex chicken shed with roller shutter and separate entrance door.
brick/block construction with corrugated concrete sheet roof.
flat concrete floor.
access is probably limited to cars due to the roof height and entrance size/position.
there should be space for at least 2 cars each but we will need to agree how the space is divided up (equally)
electricity + lighting are present and water is available onsite.
there is a toilet available but it is a fair walk away.
out of hours working is ok and there is no noise(making) problem
at present myself and drdick(+fatha dick) are in but at the very least we need a +1
rent is £440 + electric use - no rates
so +1 will be £150 each pcm (£34pw) and +2 will be £110 each pcm (26pw) if my maths is right.
time is short on this i fear so jump in now if you are interested
