Today I have mostly been thinking about mid-80s bland Japanese saloons... Daihatsu Charmant: Toyota Camry: Datsun Bluebird: Pic courtesy of our very own Mr. Ratdat... There are more, I'm sure. Given the right lowering, and a nice set of wheels, they've got a lot of potential:

I wanted to make a Toyota Camry hillcimb car, until I found out that they aren't RWD,... but its still an interesting possibility

What say you? What's for sale out there that would do? Colours, wheels, other touches... Tell me!

Then there's these Subarus (if you can find one): 4WD, I'm sure there was a turbo coupe one too...

The more I see modified Japanese Retro Cars the more I think that there should be a Retro-Rides Japanese tour just to see some of these cars in the metal.

Anyone fancy paying for my plane tickets? this one's my pick of the bunch, although i think it needs the rear view mirrors on the wings

Mazda 818, anyone? And what about the Mazda Montrose coupe. Anyone seen one lately??
|
|
... the only injury I sustained was a bumped head when I let the seatbelt of without realizing the car was upside down and that's not really the car's fault.
