Gotta be worth £400-600 based on the ones I paid attention to last year (assuming everything else is functional, the £200 variation being for personal taste on what might need fixing, yadda yadda), with a top repair and clean up on the interior £1000-1500 in summer depending on how optimistic you're feeling. Be a bit of a shame to scrap/break it just for the lack of a tarp though.
If it were nearby I'd have been looking/offering, got space to sit on something like this. Surely someone local has the barn space and cash to take a punt?

Looks a bargain potentially. I hope someone can save it - if it were nearer I wouldn't be able to resist temptation. Have a free bump on me.

Like everyone else I suspect - if I had the cash, I'd take it - unless you want a Nokia Lumia 1020 Vodafone just gave me, I'm not in a position to buy, only to want (and I guess try and egg someone else on to buying). Like I said, I have the space to store it, dry it, fix it where required but it's a long drive to take to persuade myself otherwise on the budgets. Probably good for me, not so good for you though. Good price, too, well worth a punt.

It's just the time of year mate, no one wants a convertible when it's sticking wet outside, buy a decent tarp stick a big tray of kitty litter on both seats, bring the battery on charge and wait 3 months, take some nice shots somewhere pretty with the roof down.. it'll sell easy for more than you're asking now.
FYI your pictures do the car no favours at all, if you've never seen one in real life i doubt you'd realise these are actually quite a cool looking car in real life esp with the roof down..
