I HAVE HIS CELICA FOR 4YEARS NOW. IT STARTED TO SMOKE LIKE A CHIMNEY  SO I OLPEND THE ENGINE, CHANGED EVERYTHING AND HOW I WANT TO CLOSE IT BUT I CAN I don't KNOW HOW TO PUT THE CAMSHAFT  PLEASE HELP ME!!! ANYONE!!! |

Turn your caps lock off - it implies you are shouting What did you open to solve the smoking - rings replaced? - valve stem seals? Anyone know if you can get a Haynes (JB) for this engine? |

I have a Haynes manual at home.
I also have a complete 2T-B sat under my bench in the garage.
Should be able to help you.
I'll have a look when I get home from work.
Though as bstardchild says, anymore info?

have got a haynes for this somewhere... how do you mean ya cant close it ?..... havent got a scanner to send ya pics sorry but if ya describe what your stuck with ill have a looksie

I have PM'ed you 6 pages from the manual specifically about refitting the cam. My scanner is not working, so had to photograph them  You can read them OK though. Let me know if thats OK and answered your questions. |
