god. Dam thing aint pulling away Well, it does but just revs like a b*stard and really really slowly gets up to speed then the same when i change into second could this be the end of my clutch? or even gearbox? tbh i havent really got any knowledge on that part of the car anyone have any ideas?

is it manual or auto? if manual, is it hydraulic or cable?

manual and i think its cable....not sure tho. its a late model and as it rolled out the factory (enginewise anyway)

a lot of Fords that era are Hydraulic.
If its cable it may not be adjusted correctly or it may well be the cluch plate has had it.
If its a cable try letting it out about 3 or 4 turns and see what difference that makes.
