At last! I got my brush out and had a go. With no car to work on I grabbed the nearest item, which happens to be my cycling helmet.  It's wobbly, and a bit inconsistent, but hey, 1st attempt! I've got some more surfaces to have a go on now so this will improve. |

Thanks for the confidence boost folks! It feels great to get a brush working again like before I used a Mac. I've prepared a large board with some black paint to have a larger crack at a different design so will definately take some more pics. I'm one of those lucky people with a very steady hand and shallow breathing!
Yup mrstigma, the dear old Volvo has gone (sob) to PaulWakely, on here somewhere. Mrs wagoneer wants a Zafira, so I'll be walking for a while as that needs paying for!
