	I have a 91 xr2i with low miles. It's idling slightly rough and seems flat when accelerating. It's driving me round the bend as the local rolling road guys say all that can be done is adjust the fuel pressure which I'm not sure will solve the problem. It's had the plugs, leads changed timing belt and has been fully serviced as well as changing out the lifters. Does anyone have any suggestions and how to go about resolving this issue.

	Hi i worked in a Ford dealership for a few years.....and seen the Zetec 16v engine having sticking valves on acceleration across all the range .... i don't know how many warranty cylinder heads i changed due to sticking valves..... first thing i would do is check the cylinder compression...you can buy a cleaner thats goes into the inlet manifold to clean the intake system and curse word off the valves...if that clears your flat spot for a few minutes...then it will be the sticking valves is your problemo

	Iscv valve mate get it cleaned out with some carb cleaner
