Well after posting on various other threads over the past 12 months trying to find a workshop to rent I've decided to take matters into my own hands and start a "Shop share" of my own!  I've found a good sized unit about 3 miles south of Evesham and am now looking for 3 other people to go in with. The workshop is located in Murcot (Worcestershire WR12) and has barred windows and a roller shutter. The plan is to instal a two post lift at some point in the not too distant future. So the big question is.......who wants to join me in the warm and dry to work on their motors? |

Unfortunately not. I'm not sure I can be 100% in, it all depends on price. I'm in the trade thought so will happily help with hunting for units etc if Tom can't. I know a few people who'll definitely be interested, so I think we need to find a rough number first. Pl,ease put your name down if you are:

I'm looking at some of the units at Bennetts Hill Business Park, will hopefully have some idea of prices/sizes by mid next week. Somewhere big enough for a ramp would be pretty great if there are a few of us interested. |

The guy at Bennett's Hill won't let you use it for car storage or anything. Trust me, I've tried. I've got a couple of customers down there.

Talking to one of my customers today,his unit will be up for rent in a couple of months. It's HUGE (old railway shed) near Tewkesbury. He reckons you could easily fit 10-12 cars in with space around them to work. It has electric but unfortunately no water. It's £800PM, which seems a lot, but it's not for the size, and if it could be spread between us. Say if there were 10 cars in it, that's £80 each PM, which is nothing!

Just a bit too far out the way for me.
If you arrange it, it would be good to have somewhere too meet with other and help out on cars etc.
