Hurrah for DVLA!
My V5 for my Super Minx has arrived!
Didn't think it would, as it was still on an old-style document, the filling-in of which had been shagged up by a previous owner.
BOO! for DVLA!
The taxation class on the new V5 still states PLG!
I wants my free tax.

Keeping me on hold for twenty minutes while I attempted to get through and sort the problem.
Hurrah for DVLA!
For keeping me entertained on those 20 mins playing me David Bowie, Human League AND Ten Pole Tudor! YA RLY.

The nice lady explained very clearly exactly how to get the taxation class changed.
So not so bad overall.
At least it is properly mine now (owner no.3 in 43 years).
Brake bits are on order.
Just a shame I don't think it will be done in time for wheels day.
