ive just bought the new enter shikari cd. it rocks a big fat one ;D that is the new music for my driving over the next month fo shure...... Just downloaded their back catalogue after hearing `anything can happen in the next half hour` on Zane Lowe Travelling to and from work is normally Radio 1. The CDs currently in my daily are Wolfmother, Gnarls Barkley, Bullets for my Valentine and a various Mad Capsule Markets CD I made up. Only on CD in the monza and thats RATM renegades. Normally plug my Ipod into that but you can only hear it below 2500RPM. 5 Watt speakers FTMFW I leave my creative Zen jukebox in the garage (its were I spend most my none work time). Just leave it on random so can end up with pretty much anything Lynrd Skynrd, Slipknot, Wagner, Enya, The Cranberries, Rammstein, Dead Kennedys, Misfits, Eagles Of Death Metal, Queen. There is around 15GB on there at the minute and I have a load more to go on thats on my `puter. Thats what I mainly use for road trips as well

Depends on mood and if i am in a hurry.
Madness- live album from the Brighton centre. I have to watch my speed when playing that. Also other 2tone era stuff like Bad Manners, Specials, Beat etc.
Radio 2.
If i play Pulp, Blur Oasis etc it reminds of my first Imp as i used to be really into Indie/ brit pop stuff then.

Strangely, when we had a pick up I used to put on Steve Earl's Copperhead Road album when I borrowed it. Probably awakened the redneck / traveller in me! Other than that perhaps some Ska for cruising and something louder for an 'enthusiastic' run. Maybe old Pearl Jam, The Who, Editors, Wolfmother or maybe the Prodigy or Dr Dre's 2001 album. I have a fairly varied collection, something to suit most moods!

I play allot of Queen in the car (largely due to the fact I only have Queen 8 track tapes) other favorites are:
Bowie Crowded House Motley Crue Kula Shaker Devo Days of Thunder Soundtrack Deacon Blue
and various compilations I've made.
...ok who's laughing??

mostly anything goes in the car, don't really listen to much when I'm at home. pre '64 ska being a favourite one, and I got into rock a couple of years ago. hated it as a teenager, bizarre. MJ cole is a favourite for night time driving, just seems to fit edit for sober typing

I've been waiting for a music-related thread so I could post this, if like me you love late-60's British pop, you'll LOVE this video. See what you think, copyright issues mean it probably isn't going to be around for long, but it blew my mind (maaaaan) the first time I heard it.

Anywho, ive got a variety of mp3 cd's (tis a fib, actually ATRAC cd's, but hey!) and they are in constant rotation depending on the drive! They mostly consist (of proper-Pendulum sucks the big one merely jump up chav and bass, REAL dnb/jungle is where its at! ) Drum and Bass, Jungle, Reggae, Dub, Ska, Jazz Funk, Soul, Motown, Breaks, Dubstep, and (again real) hip hop (none of this 50cent wibblepoo, think the Pharcyde, A tribe called quest, Krs-One and your on the right lines), althou I have a select few rocky numbers namely Jimi Hnedrix stuff, and Heartbreaker by Led Zepplin... Oh and some uk hip hop!
