Bar the handing over of cash and the pickup. Went on Ebay today, £1200. Not as much as I hoped, but enough to pick up something interesting, diesel or lpg, and auto for the mancunian way traffic.
Hmm, LPG Rangie or Diesel Merc, or maybe something J auto on gas (only a pre-converted, not paying out with no hope of return).

There was an Audi 80 2.0 16v estate with LPG conversion for sale on the ClubGTI site the other day, looked interesting in a quite large, pretty quick and quite economical kind of way

LOL. I like larger older squarer cars. She likes newer smaller rounder cars. Infact, when she gets her next bonus, she is trading in her fabia for a Smart city coupe. She is only doing a couple of K a year, all local except a couple of blackpool and scotland runs, so a smart or a figaro would be perfect.

you'll then be Skodaless Anyway, back to the matter in hand. I assume a big V8 SEC Merc would be out of the question? Or a Scimitar?
