Thinking about some rimmage options for my pensionable pimpmobile...
When I bought my BMW it was supplied on some crushingly embarassing 6x14 alloys fitted with 195/60R14 rubber.
I quickly changed to 7.5x17 rims with 195/40R17 rubber at the front and 205/40R17 at the rear.
Thinking I really really need some 9x16 r1mZ, but tyres are a bit of an issue.
If I use 215/40's it's going to look under-tyred.... what is available that is going to preserve a balnced 'look' - it should be noted that the rolling radius of the old and new wheel tyre combo's is actually very close, and I want to preserve this where possible.
Is there such a thing as a 215/45r16??? That would be mint.
