Hi all,
I'm looking to get a farm based workshop/storage. Will probably be with a couple of friends. Obviously it all depends on size, security, power, lighting etc etc but it would be really helpful to know rough monthly costs that folk are paying.

I'm currently sharing with a couple of friends in Leamington, and if the opportunity presents itself we're potentially looking to move to somewhere larger/less wet...
We are currently paying £80 per person, per month...

thanks for that - going to have a look at the weekend so i'll pm you with more info. it currently me and a pal. i've been assuming a cost of £200 per month plus power for an 8 car-sized facility

I pay £600 a month for mine, plus electric. It's about 1200 sq ft

yes, and it wasn't great. it was part of a barn which the farmer/business man was converting into units. it still had cattle in it and was full of cowshit and straw. there was also a victorian pigsty in there too. space was about 8-9 cars worth. he wanted £400 a month plus power so way out of our budget
