I'm looking a garage, or a barn, or something with a roof to do some work on my car and other random tinkering.
Elmswell / Woolpit area would be perfect but anything, say, from Stowmarket to Bury St Eds goes.
Looking for something at least 500 sq feet / 50sq meters.
Power is necessary, water would be nice to have.
It can be something that needs work done to it.
I will also be willing to offer maintenance on your vehicle and property if a good deal can be agreed.
