And as I got out of the driveway, its started to snow, properly!! It was a little scary, the gear changing was a bit sloppy and I stalled once when I missed the road I was looking for and had to do a 3 pt turn (the wind screen is tiny!! and visibility in the snow is appalling!!) And I was not impressed when we got to the pub at 5 to 11 and were turned away (last entries at 10:45)
Our local too!!! Would have been there in half the time had we been in the Jag, but I must admit it would have been half as fun lolSo we went to tesco to buy a few beers and as we got out of the car discovered we had a flat, lol no wonder it was driving so curse word, thought that was just the 'character' of the car lol
It has 8 keys on the bunch,and I only know what 2 of them are for, the passenger side window doens't shut the passenger door catch doesn't work so you have to open it from the inside, there is more space in a single bed for 2 people than a 2CV, and god forbid someone should need to sit in the back when Dez is driving there's more room in the back of a Daimler Dart!...the list goes on lol
But it is not the worst car I've ever driven, it has its quirks and its fun, even in the snow! can't wait for the summer when i can have the hood/roof off/down
And it is very cheap to run so in my opinion not a bad car at all, loads of fun and cheap. And I used to think if you could drive a beetle you could drive anything, well I was wrong! Its if you can drive a 2CV YOU CAN DRIVE ANYTHNG lol
