I have a workshop to let in Chatham Kent, secure yard gated, space outside for 3 cars and space inside for 3-4 cars to work around comfortably would suit mechanic, valeter etc, no painters please as there are no booth facilities.
I am winding down my business to start a new venture so I have converted the workshop and split it so I have a small section completely seperate to the main shop, the toilet and kitchen would be shared but I am only there a few days a week.
The price is £100 per week plus electric and rates which will be payable monthly roughly £60 ish (tbc)
I would need a months rent up front plus a months deposit, then the rent paid via standing order, I have a 5 year lease so it can be long term.
Also I have a lot of regular customers for servicing and mechanical repairs so I would pass this work onto the new occupier so it's sort of a little business opportunity too
THE WORKSHOP WOULD BE READY IN ABOUT 4 WEEKS TIME
