That's stunningly good looking! There's a manky Monza in a breakers near me, if you need any hard to find little bit's send me a list and I will gladly pull them and send down to you if they are still on it. It's all hard to get but I've almost exhausted my supply of interior trim now, front wings as long as the arch sections are good, everything really.... Where are you? Ian, it's an automatic I'm afraid. I meant the one mentioned by omegod....

Ian, it's an automatic I'm afraid. I have a manual one and am perfectly capable of changing gear for myself but the state of certain bits of my anatomy means I'll live longer with it changing gear for me. Never mind and it's not like it's a sports car anyway . I think it will be antisocially loud so might be unbearable on a long trip but I have everything to make it standard sounding and looking if required. There is a big day happening next year which will likely demand 2 white Monzas...... and a Senator if I can get one in time. Thanks again everyone for the positive comments, it's about time these cars got a bit of recognition and despite that godawful concept thing that shares the name, it's nice to see Opel showing their original GSE. Next update should involve a V5............................... I'm in Merseyside, it's been there for a while (YEARS!)and I think the panels are shot but I'll have a good look over the interior for you.

OMFG! Logbook arrived today, choice was wait a week and tax from next month or just get it on the road, obviously after the wait I've had to get the all clear I taxed right away and am more than a bit pleased to have brought it home tonight! Hurrah! This is the result I was after.

One has been farting about with wheels... Black or white. Actually, I need some inspiration.

Both colours look good Phil. Normally i´m a fan of black wheels but in white i think they stand out a bit more.

love the BBS wheels...but maybe with a black or white center honeycomb.....either of those colors with the chrome rims would look fantastic

I thought about black or white, was going to try anthracite like the standard rims but I am partial to a set of gold splits, maybe 80's touring cars have something to do with it.
What I really want is a set of turbofans to go on them and some lower profile tyres.
Meh, it's all too much.

M2pW
White, light grey to at a push gun metal on the steels but definately not black as you lose all the detail and depth
Gold on the basket weaves - too fussy a spoke to get away with black on those too.

Absolutely love Monzas (fairly common among Omega owners I think) - great thread. And those BBS wheels look lush.
