	I picked up a tatty ph1 tailgate this week to allow me to fit the ph1 poly rear screen to my ph2 309 Now the car is white and never in a million years will I get a good colour match or finish if I spray it myself. For the time being I’m thinking of just giving it a quick sand down and rattle canning it black. I can’t decide whether to go for matte or satin. What do you think? Or my other idea was trying to get some vinyl in Peugeot sport colours and attempting to wrap it? Or leave it as is and slap a RR sticker on it?! I'm putting standard colour bumpers on too while I'm at it.

	To be fair, matt or satin black will look odd on a all white car try taking the car to a colour matchers and get them to make up a can or two just for the time being Or leave as is a slap a RR sticker on it ! Until time comes and you want to do a full paint assault

	True. The car is not currently mot'd so I can't drive it. I tried Halfords paint before but the colour was nowhere near. I'll have to find a proper paint supplier.

	Brown brothers jawel paints, or a plethora of colour matching paint places will take a pic of your paint or take the petrol flap or owt and mix a custom batch, I had two cans done for my Tina, and a can of lacquer for just over 30 quid, big cans not the wimpy uns
