Tailgate has damage but rest is pretty good. VAT paid. Now had a load of work done and new parts.
MOTd, taxed, registered. (not got UK plates yet, hopefully in a few days)
Only one in the UK. Have something super unique and incredibly handy.
I have just fitted new kingpins (an absolute pig of a job and you won't have to do it!). Also had:
New brake hoses,
new handbrake cables,
rebuilt wheel cylinders,
repaired steering wheel
electrics made working including headlamps, horn, interior lamp and more. I have replaced the tyres, battery, some lamps.
Really handy little classic truck which is of course tax exempt.
It is also not too hard to convert to RH drive if you wanted to.
I've tried some polish on a bit of the paint and it comes up quite nice, not done the whole truck as some people like it with the well used as-found look! I have painted the wheel rims however. (After this pic was taken)
Needs some tlc/tinkering/improvements. Only real fault is it has an oil leak. Ideal truck for an engine upgrade anyway. Interior could use reupholstering due to the hot climate it has spent 46 years in.
