I didn't even know there was a marshall in a scooby until this morning! I just got waved onto the track so made the most of it!

I didn't even know there was a marshall in a scooby until this morning! I just got waved onto the track so made the most of it! Desparate times needs desparate measures........... My target was you afternoon guys get 3 runs min It seems that we had a few participants who were keen to try out the gravel traps and clearing it up cost us some serious run time and I wasn't happy at all.... I got everyone 2 runs up the hill in your own time even with the delays but had a snowflakes chance in hell of getting you all a third........... Prescott suggested a convoy - I thought it would probably be a bit pedestrian but hell better than nowt Boy did I (and you guys) get a surprise Thank you Prescott for pulling a rabbit out of a hat - genius move - looked way more fun than a solo trip - freaking briliant!!! PS I think I am right after viewing the video that scooby never ever touched the brakes till the return road - you guys following just got show the best line and the best way to do the hill. |

Was my first time on the hill, I got 2 runs in then the parade laps. I thought it was going to be really slow but worth going to memorise the hill for future. Glad I did it was good fun.
Maybe next year it might be an idea to let people who have not been up before go behind a course car in a convoy to get an idea of what the hills like? It may save time in the long run

I was a lil bummed at getting two runs..... until i got to chase a ferrari 328 up the hill on my third in my old jetta... that made my Day!
