It really depends on what is needed for the MOT, my view is that a car with no MOT unless it is very rare or special is only worth either scrap value or what you can make reselling or breaking it. I know this may sound harsh but you could be looking a bill of thousands to get it roadworthy or if lucky a straight pass, the problem with a low mileage car is will it need new suspension and engine bushes all round once it is put into regular use and bushes are not designed for a car to be sat stationary for long periods or how has the engine been used or looked after?

Get over to www.seriesoneturbo.co.uk great bunch over there and very helpful. but I would say if it's a good on £1000 plus from experience as the base models are very sought after.

4dr? As in a MK2? Because the MK2's are worth notably more than the completely different MK3 hatchbacks which replaced them that year.
If reasonably tidy, a MK2 with that mileage could go for thousands.
