Did you say two R5 Gordini Turbos in Gloucester?! Would love to see those and only round the corner in Abbeymead. I could offer up a looksee at my Metro Turbo... if I ever get it back from the garage, that is.
Good luck with the sale.

My second as the second one I've owned, not 2 at the same time unfortunately. The drive does look pretty as I have a mates silver gtt here having some work at the moment, matches the silver gordini :-D

copy from the advert I'm currently writing. The car would need to be gone in the next week or 2 idealy. This is a rare beast and according to the people on the renault register the earliest known of.
Renault r8 1963 Here we have a Renault 8 963cc ready for restoration. I purchased this car with every intention of getting her back on the road though have since purchased another car that is taking all my time and funds. She is a 1963 early type Renault 8 with the rear roof strip. Last on the road back in 1989. She was dry stored until earlier this year where I found her in an old lady’s garage. I have started work on the car and removed the passenger side doors and wings to expose where some welding needs to be done. The main damage to the chassis is the sill where it has been patched previously and a slight bit in front and to the rear of where the sill attaches. I managed to track down a pair of sills for the car which are included in the sale. The brake calliper’s have been removed and stripped ready for rebuild (seals included) and I have also got a few other spares that I have found on my travels (eBay and auto jumbles) The engine turns freely by hand and spins under its own electrical power on the starter with a battery connected. All the lights and wipers also work (a few bulbs required). The car is moveable for transport can be rolled on and off a trailer with ease as it doesn’t weigh much. After going through the car the only things I can find that are missing are the lower dash panel and the bonnet release mechanism. With the car being 50 years old it needs a completely re-commissioning though the parts are easily available due to the Renault 8s use in historic and classic racing. Most of the panels can be repaired but a few will need replacing, again available from various places and composite lightweight versions are available for those looking to make the car yet lighter and used for racing. Interior has been loosely refitted for ease of transport. There are probably lots of things I have missed so if you have any questions please ask. I do advise you come and look at the car before bidding. I require the car to be removed as soon as possible but that can that can be arranged, please contact me before bidding to sort that with me.
