As the title says, would anybody be able to help me out by bringing a Imp gearbox from Aberdeen to as near to Leicester as possible?

If anyone can get this down to central/southern Scotland, I'll be up in that area at the end of July, and could drop it near Leicester. I'll be round Lanark and Fife, and points in-between. PM me if it looks like working, as I might forget to look back at this thread.

I'm in Barnsley, and have a service job up in Aberdeen coming up end of the month / start of August. Will be up there Monday - Thursday.

Vee, one of the Scottish Impers may be able to get it to Perth for the National and then someone may be able to bring it down South for you? Try the Club forum?

Is this going to work for this weekend? I'll be in Dewsbury about 5-6 pm Sunday, in case I need to swing by Barnsley, but if the 'box is still in Aberdeen it won't do much good.

Heya Guys
hanks for all the replies, sorry I've not answered them Thought had this all sorted, with the Imp Club National being in Perth, but alas the guy with the gearbox has been in hospital recently, so didn't make it.
He's out now, and I've a contact number, if anybody can still collect it from his place in Aberdeen?
