Oh.....Gerry Marshall. God. 'Nuff said. :-) Yes indeed. Had a long chat with the man in the pits at the Goodwood Revival in '04, after he'd done a stint in a Cobra. He was understandably cream-crackered and was lying on the floor, but I passed him a bottle of water and we got talking. Lovely bloke. Much missed...

So these are basically just saloon bodyshells over mega-crazy mechanicals? Nice. There is an active series here called "Sports Sedans" that features much insanity of the same manner.

Still done in a couple of manners over here, there's the Transams and then there's the OSCA as well as the SuperGT.

So these are basically just saloon bodyshells over mega-crazy mechanicals? Nice. There is an active series here called "Sports Sedans" that features much insanity of the same manner. sem to remember the regulations were pretty basic, something like the engine bulkhead has to remain where it was and no corner of the car could touch the floor with a deflated tyre. there were some really mad cars running in super saloons.

Volvo back as my main squeeze, more boost and some interior goodies on the way.
