They have changed publisher, but is their latest issue on sale anywhere? From memory it was due out on the 13th and has this cover: But I've checked three different ASDAs and a couple of WHSmiths with no sign, and the staff said they went out of business so couldn't get it now. According to their Facebook page, the new Kelsey Publishing Group version of Retro Cars Mag was out on June 21st, is the about picture that issue? Have you seen it in the wild anywhere?

It was out last Friday. Due to the change in publisher, there are a few teething issues with distribution, I suspect. But I found it easily enough in my local newsagent - try a McColl's if there's one near you. If/when you do find it, you'll find all sorts of goodies within, including two features by me.

Even found a copy of it in Bedford, and that's as far from the bright centre of the universe you can get and still be on this planet Braved a trip along the Midland Road to find a copy t'other day. Let's hope the new publisher heralds in a brave new world of retro righteousness Looks promising so far

^^It was. Again, I suspect distribution difficulties were at play. There were subscription issues too.

this just reminds me, i haven't had mine yet, most of the times i get it around the 10th of the month, but distribution difficulties sound logical after a switch of publishers

Lol Fortunately I drove a train there, so I didn't even have to worry about anyone pinching the wheels. Unfortunately, there's no real way to get to stockists of Retro Cars from the station without going up Midland Road. Still, it's errr... life-affirming

I gotta say, this month's issue is a massive improvement. Buying & modifying guides, now that's what we're talking about. If this is a taste of things to come, the mag will do well.

Is there any word on the Retro Ford magazine? I've got a subscription and haven't seen an issue this month yet. Assume if it is coming there might be delays caused by the changeover. I'll have to keep an eye out for the father-in-laws retro cars mag in the post too.

We have some in stock at WHSmith, so unless other branches have sold them already it should be available
