	Okay with the advent of 3d printers and 3d printing services, who has actually taken advantage of this technology and had parts made to order and what have that been like when fitted? (photos if you have them please!)

	I can't see this being a massive thing yet, with how temperamental hobby 3D printers are. Although I saw on a website called instructables the other day somebody had designed and had printed a window winder handle.

	I can see their usefulness in making sure an item fits before fabricating in metal etc. Maybe also as pattern to get cast in alloy. Interior trim such as instrument pods is another aspect where they could be a neat alternative to fabricating in other materials. Paul h
