My W123 will be scrapped on saturday  I'm gutted really, i love it to bits but i don't have the time or the space to keep it and get it back on the road. Anyway, i'm gonna be pulling a few bits and bobs off for myself so if anyone needs any spares give me a shout before the end of the week and i'll see what i can do. Its a 1983 280 CE. |

Chatsworth? Does that make hairnet Frank Gallagher? ;D ;D I would much rather someone gave it a home but it is a bit of a project. A good one wont really break the bank and theres plenty of them about still. I may be wrong but i think '83 is too late for the chrome scuttle vents.
Is the windscreen any good, and is it a blue tint? I might be able to help that find a good home.

There's worse ways to dispose of a car than offer it up for bits on R-R! Shame it's going but if your labours would be better invested elsewhere, than it may as well keep a few others going.

My '84 200T has chrome vents on the scuttle Shame it has to go Rev but ateotd, as you have you said, tidy ones can be picked up cheap enough now. Did anyone see that black 200t on ebay? Last time I looked before it ended it was sat at £1800!! |

Yeah, chrome scuttle vents are spec related, not year. I promise I haven't forgotten about those bits Skinny...everything is still in Devon |

Ok, scuttle vents are black plastic unfortunatly. Rear bumper is history but the front is ok.
Screen I think is good but has a green tint to it (at least thats what it looks like to my colour blind eyeballs. Its a gold car so it'd be something like that.)
Dave, i'll take a pic tomorrow for ya.
EDIT; Just remembered, the center section of the rear bumper is mashed but both the end caps are straight. One of them is a little rusty though.

Thanks for the info Rev. I'll leave it, i have a blue tint one in the other car that i'll use it it becomes absolutely nessarsary. Trying to keep it watertight for as long as possible.
