I have a quick question that's been bothering me for a while now (and keeps coming back to me when I try to explain things like this to folk I know but who don't know me well) :
What's normal ?
If anyone has the answer I'd love to hear from you, answers on the back of a postcard or £5/£10/£20 note please...
It all stared with a fairly routine phone call from a damsel in distress - "I'm stuck and need to get something sorted out ASAP - any ideas?"
We had a quick chat and put some things on the "that would work" list and ruled out some other ideas as being a bit silly (or total lunacy depending on your point of view ).
2 days later we load up the trusty steed with a spare matress and a bag of rachet straps (as you do) to go shopping
5 crowd control barriers 13" x 6" should give us the materials to get started
A quick session with a cutting disc on an angle grinder (and a longer session with the mig sticking bits back together) and we're heading in the right direction
Some of the new bits finished up at 6" x about 5"
The finished kit on it's way to it's new home
The only problem is that in all the exitement I forgot to take pics when it was all together to show how it ended up
Am planning a visit in the near future - will try to remember to take a camera when I go
A 99p Fleabay ad later and I have rid of the left-over bits (and made most of my money back ) and one lucky chap is the proud new owner of 2 and a bit fence panels - everyone's happy
