I wish my living room was big enough Some millionaires decorate their mansions with rare paintings. Richard Moriarty bolted a 1974 Lamborghini to the wall of his Newport Beach estate. Because Home Depot doesn't sell kits to hang cars as artwork, Moriarty hired a 70-ton crane to lower the Italian sports car through a skylight in his living room. Earlier, the car's engine was removed and transformed into a "200-mph coffee table" for guests who prefer their drinks "shaken not stirred," said Moriarty, an heir to the family that developed South Coast Plaza.

OK, supercar currently at the bottom of its value curve (with wing for added show-go-slow :- say £35k Crane hire and workmen to bolt t to his wall. :-say £4k That's some quality Darth Vader look Italian art on his wall for a pretty low figure in the art world! Hey, if you had a guest over who you didn't like you could fit solenoids to the doors and give them a remote controlled whack over the head ;D

Amazingly, it's not as original as you might think! This one: Lives on the wall at Wolfsburg...it's actually a rotating wall, so sometimes it's inside the building and sometimes it isn't!

My first thought was of that too! My second thought was that I'm way past overdue another visit to the Autostadt ;D

Just down the road from Cirencester (well in Swindon actually) is a big yellow 70's building that used to be the UK HQ for Renault. They used to have a yellow Renault 14 hanging from the ceiling cos it was such a beautiful car it was a total work of art (or something).
I think it rusted through inside a week and fell off the hangers, killing the MD of Renault Uk who was standing underneath at teh time admiring its classic lines.
(That bit might not be true)
