Small white lie, the car is with me in Chamonix, but I am going to be taking it home, leaving it with the old man in Brighton to sell on as it's too impractical to have out here, I can't be arsed to take the wheels off my bike and fitting a snowboard in it is a pain in the bum, also I'd like something that gets more than 300km from a full tank of fuel.
That said, it's a good, fast, reliable car.
96 Import. V2 with the closed deck engine. FMIC, BOV, FPR, Filter, down pipe back de-cat exhaust. Wheels off a newer Subaru, standard STI shocks and springs. V5 front end including crystal headlamps and aftermarket HID kit, V5 rear spoiler. Factory tinted windows. Inside is standard with the Nardi factory fitted steering wheel. Sadly some white dials have been fitted and some fake carbon wrap on the center console and painted door handles. 3 gauges in a pod for boost, oil temp and oil pressure. Some poly bushes in the rear.
Bodywork isn't mint. There is a small scrape on the front splitter (drivers corner) dent near the fuel filler, scratched on passengers front wing and a few small dings/car park dents. One of the cars previous owners decided to 'tint' the brake lights and indicators (it would suit some STI lights and crystal indicators) and the vent over the air filter had (can be seen in a pic) one of those crappy intakes fitted, I removed this and fitted a standard type vent but that is blue.
The exhaust mid section bracket has broken, it doesn't blow, but it rattles, this needs re welding. The car has 11 months MOT and 5 months TAX. 76k miles (converted into miles) and all the UK MOTs tally up.
It looks good in pictures and from about 10m away but up close you'll see the imperfections listed above.
Cash sale would be preferred, but would p/x for a diesel van or pickup or a diesel estate. PM me if you're interested. £2500 or if you're over this way €3000
