Rimming Brothers want to charge me an arm and a leg for new ones! Some (progress ) pics for your perusal Any help will always be greatly appreciated!

I've got to replace one of the lower ones on my tolly soon, they come up on ebay occasional the last nos one I saw sold for £35. Rebuild kits come up to but I don't think all dolly ball joints can be rebuilt, some have to be replaced.

Hah.........good test of your ARB mounts there Renound for breaking off those ;D You should put axle stands under the subframe mounts, chassis rails or jacking points using spreader plates (i.e. wood) but as you've observed you have to be careful I find the crossover rail on the subframe (behind the sump) quite good for it. But then again, I do tend to go OTT with support ;D You can rebuild them.......Don't know how well it goes usually though - I've just bought NOS or replacement parts

Those are the ones - it's juts getting it in the right order that's the trick Bout 200 quid for the full set from Rimmers isn't it? Quiller are not much better but they do sell new repair kits: Wishbones & Ball Joints
GSJ133 Upper Ball Joint £76.37 £20.00 GSJ133R Repair Kit Upper Ball Joint £22.00 GSJ135 Lower Ball Joint R/H £76.37 £20.00 GSJ136 Lower Ball Joint L/H £76.37 £20.00 The 20 quid is the price for 2nd hand units - bit of a lottery but possible option?
