www.smvoc.co.uk (my local "modified" car club, which I've the pleasure of running Are arranging a "modified" mini car show as part of Stamford Festival, on the 4th of July. We'd LOVE to see a number of retro cars there, it'll be a Wed night, and it'll be starting from about 5 (I'd need to see you and your car at about 5 anyway) till fairly late. Basicly we want to show people that the modified car "scene" isn't JUST about the Kroozers, and that we're all basicly a bunch of people into our hobby. Any money raised by the event, would go to Stamford Festival who'd give it to local charities Would any of you guys be interested in showwing off your cars/bikes/trucks?, only rule is, it HAS to be modified.. There may be prizes, there may even be press coverage, we're working on it now as we only just got the go ahead

Was thinking most of mine are cosmetically fairly stock. I should be on the road by JUly LOL. That's fine, as long as there is variation from Factory standard on there , personal touches aren't always cosmetic, take my Van, the engine isn't exactly "on show" but it's the biggest modification I've made; performance and handling enhancements are modifications too Would be great to catch up.
