I'm waking up to the realisation that I need more space to look work on cars and store my tat so wondered if anyone local wanted to share a workshop / storage space?
I have been to look at somewhere in Littlehampton today which is very local to to me and looks like it has a lot of potential. There are several different size buildings available to let, Which include electricity rates and water.
The first building is a large steel shed 34ft x 40ft and has room for at least 12 -15 cars. £150 a week.
The Second building is currently in use as a stable and is in the process of being fitted with a new steel roof and new doors. Inner walls are also being built in breeze blocks. It will include a decent size outside yard with its own gate. (all the space you can see in the photo below.) This is £100 a week and probably represents the best value.
At the moment I'm just testing the water to see if there is any interest Prices given. include water / electric and rates. So if anyone local is interested please send me a pm.
