	Hi, Just wondering if anyone knows of any decent sized garages available around Edinburgh (no more than 20 minutes drive ideally). I'm only after space to store tools and parts, and to do work on the car (but not store the car for any length of time) Thanks!

	Oh well, looks like an advert on Gumtree and a couple of phonecalls later might've got me set up with something about 5 minutes walk from my flat - much better than I was expecting!

	Not sure what your budget is but there's a decent workshop on the Hopeton Estates website. Month to month rental agreement, too. You guys both in Edinburgh?
