Cool. Before now I thought Anadol was some sort of painkiller.
I'll have a coupe. Oh and a 2 door thingy... hell, I'll have em all!
What Fords were they based on? Being in a dry native climate should mean chassis subframes remain rot-free... I'd love to do a road-trip and bring one back!

I love borats cardboard head lamp covers!!! top stuff! they have to be some of the funniest pics I have seen in a long time!! I would love a mk1, and am very very tempted to go and get one, the GF and I where planing some kind of trip like this to get some weird tin (or tupperware) from over the border, fly one way, battle the language and drive back. the motor is a crossflow and the back axle is ford too, on the one with the front corner ripped off it appears to have triumph front suspension, however the roof chopped one looks to be running somthing ford going by the steering rack. alternative to the mk1 escort? old skool looks same running gear and rear sus parts cheap (except maybe trim, but who needs that?) rear wheel drive drift with the bonus of having a glass body and a burley chassis to make repairs easy. imagine this packing a full on BDA, slammed abit more, keep the ronals, and painted works colours (orange with a black bonnet)

these rock. I reckon the Mk1 looks like the lovechild of a Ford Taunus and a Reliant Scimitar GT. Sweet

I don't think they ever officially saw the market in the uk in any shape or form (might be wrong though) but if they did I'm sure they would have been a hit!
