Hi all,
Up for sale is my little fiesta, I bought this with the intention of converting to a puma engine, although ended up buying a full 1600cc Zetec S donor. I’ll be gutted to see it go but unfortunately the usual change of circumstances forces me to move her on.
I know this is not particularly ‘retro’ but it might catch a bite on here so here goes.
The Car:
-Ford Fiesta Flight
-1299cc Push rod
-First registered 30/05/1997
-59000 miles
-lowered 40mm on springs and standard shocks
-13inch rs7 alloys
-FSH from Vospers
I bought the car from a close friend who worked at the local Vospers until they closed. He bought it as a trade in from an elderly lady who did very little miles and serviced the car religiously, thus resulting in 4 owners. Unfortunately, due to the flooding we had in the early part of this year I did have a knock in a lane. Muddy road + Fiesta + Passat = Oops…
Don’t let this put you off though it isn’t bad at all and I do have a brand new slam panel and cross member to be welded in, the only reason it isn’t is because I was going to do the engine conversion at the same time.
The car only has tax and mot till the end of June.
The Parts:
-Full 1600 Zetec S conversion including interior and engine looms, ECU, 60k engine (with proof), gearbox, drive shafts, key, ignition barrel, front callipers and interior.
-Zetec S side skirts
-spare sunroof
-opening rear quarter windows
-black dashboard
-Zetec s clocks showing around 120k
-Zetec s cooling fan
-spare standard fan
-spare speedo surround
-15inch Puma alloys
The car needs 2 small patches of welding, one on each sill, but the underneath is solid. The paint on the roof is split and fading but cleans up quite well and I think it needs rear axle bushes but I may have some kicking around.
I can’t think of anything else to say but I really would be gutted to weigh it in…
I have no idea what it’d be worth like this but including all the parts I have I’d like around £500.
Please note the mileage will increase as it is in daily use at the moment.
Located in Liskeard, Cornwall. PL14

You can also see the 15 inch puma alloys in those pics.
