I am looking for people to come in on a share close to Colchester, Essex, I have found a premises which has plenty of space (space for 8-10 cars!) but I need people to split the cost a bit
cost will be looking around £70 per month for 1 car space, £130 for 2, possibly slightly cheaper, will have to firm up a price with the landlord etc.

Right,
For those interestes i have been to the lock up and am definitely going to be taking it. Here are some pics for you to see what it is like. It is on a business yard which deals in stone cutting, you have to go through at least 2 gates to get to it, then the actual door of the lock up, then the unit is within the big lock up (sectioned off). I have discussed with the guy and he would be happy for plywood doors to be put up if whoever comes in on the share wants it etc, also we can add lights + sockets if required.
Price will be 120 PCM for a 1/4 of the lock up, as you can see from the pics, each bay is about 3 and a bit cars wide, by 1 deep, i am only going to rent sections in this size, no single car sizes, just for simplicity. Obviously moving cars about will have to be discussed between those in the lock up share, but i can't see it being a huge problem, and there would be a limit of 2 cars per person (so long as the body isn't separate from the chassis, thinking more classic VW there)
Leccy will be dicusses between sharers before lease starts.
The first pic is the actual lock up, the second with the golf and porsche in is just to show the size a bit better as this is the same size lock up.
