Could be. Could be an Ardun headed flathead, could be a small Chrysler hemi.

It is a Daimler if I remember rightly.

I tried to see if I could find any more info on the web,.. but Nick Barnett (the owners name) is apparently an American Football player.... so that has saturated my search results...

Thanks for the conversation at the classic car show . The pick-up you have there is indeed owned and built by Nick Barnett it's the follow up to his V6 powered pop . The engine is a 2.5 Daimler hemi with home made rocker covers , home made inlet manifold , and running a volvo 4 speed gearbox . The reason for this choice was because of the small amount of room underneath the steel 32 Ford body . We hope to soon have all the specs up of our cars on the site but at the moment time is not on our side , but it will follow . Phil.....(bristolhotrods )

There was a pic of that pickup in CC a couple of months back, think it was one of the rides pictured at the Brack Pack's 3rd Breakfast Meet.
Love it, and Bristol Hot Rods' website is looking good. Welcome to RR, Phil! :-)
