1994 Ford Transit Luton van with working Radcliffe tail lift (500kg Max).
Its an ex British Gas van, rear box is very spacious and dry. Has side loading door which is rare. It has two batteries in the front, 1 for van & 1 for tail lift. Both batteries are pretty knackered but can provide battery for a reasonable price. Radio in the cab works fine too. It was sent in for an MOT in March and it failed on the following:
Small hole 30cm from suspension (nearside and offside)
Drivers seat not operating as intended
Windscreen cracked
Front registration plate
I have over the few weeks replaced the windscreen and the front reg plate. Both side arches have been undersealed too. I have now ran out of money and can not get the welding completed and driver seat.
The van starts and drives as it should, it has a very strong banana engine, mileage is showing 111803miles. Tail lift can be seen working.
£800 with 2 new batteries
£680 without new batteries (old battery just needs a bump)
Van located in Manchester
