My abandoned MR2 turbo project is going up for grabs soon, its doesnt require welding, althou you could cut the rear quarter out and fit a fresh one as it has a crease in it.
Needs a clutch fitting and few other bits, but its one of the first MR2 turbos as its a December 1989 IMOC told me it was part of the first 2000 made based on the chassis number.
Everything is there for it to run, fresh clutch is in the boot and there is a new(used) 5zigen exhaust to go on it. All the usual mods are there and been done, and can sell a set of Tein HA coilovers with it if the price was right.

Some days you just need to take a grinder to an inanimate object, just to make your day a tiny bit better!!

1986 suzuki alto, taxed for a good 5 months, test runs out on Sat, needs the driveshaft gater doing for mot, shouldnt need much else. Arches are flakey, was going to fit mini plastic arches, slam and wide rims (4x114.3) Runs great, does 70mpg, pretty much a J version of the mini £300

probably not what you're after as it's not RWD and i don't think it needs welding but...
53 plate (04 model) Saab 9-5 Aero (250bhp). tested till end june, no tax. Black with tan leather interior. heated seats might work, never tried them. the ventilation function doesn't - the fans and controller went to live in the previous owners other 9-5
has a few issues - previous owner used it as a donor for his own car after being told that it needed a major brake job. it doesn't - it needs a CV on the front offside ( ring cracked so ABS kicks in every time you brake.)
however he stripped a few of the electronic goodies and replaced them with standard parts before selling it on to me.
it now doesn't have folding electric folding mirrors (no problem) or rain sensing wipers (is a problem). the wipers now only have 1 speed and the wash is not integrated. headlight washer a bit hit and miss (xenons, so could be a problem for MoT). intermittent, fast speed and integrated screen wash are all "sensor assist". without the sensor they aren't available. the fix simply requires the wiper loom from a standard vehicle plugging in but i never got around to it.
one of the xenon levelling sensors is playing up - i think it's the rear as the lamps settle permanently down. easy swap and not dramatically expensive. downside is the annoying warning lamp from time to time. ok, most of the time
best bit is the engine. rebuilt at less than 40k ago by SWS. all receipts with car.
lovely to drive and very rapid whilst returning high 20's/low 30's mpg. i would mothball it and do the fixes when the weather improves but i have the 9-3 Aero as a daily and a GTV6 has just come to stay so this really needs to go.
it's a lot of car for not much money - looking for around £350 which is what i've been offered by a local saab indie.
i haven't looked it over in any way shape or form, just driven it for the last 7 months with no problem at all.

How about my 9-3 Turbo? (I'll even throw in a free 185bhp ECU for you to marry to the car as a nice little upgrade!) As my wife only has an auto license, I've been coerced into getting a car with an automatic gearbox. I suppose this makes sense if her own car breaks down and she has to ferry the baby anywhere. So, very reluctantly I need to sell my 9-3 coupe. Its in silver 268 with the airflow body kit. The whole car is really well sorted and mechanically brilliant. I would drive it anywhere. It has: Manual gearbox. MoT until Sept 13th. Tax until Sept 1st. Private plate Leather seats SE sport leather door cards Cruise control Automatic climate control Premium audio system Boston Audio Se35 dash speaker upgrade In-dash cupholder Captain's armrest 16" Alloys with Pirelli P6000's all round. New rear brakes New front exhaust flexi section Massive service history 100% working SID (saab display repairs) Aero Steering Wheel As with any 12 year old car, there are a few minor scratches and dings but nothing major. I'm after £650ovno
