I've found a garage for rent in an industrial unit were I've done a bit of work, for about #25 a month inc insurance, it's slightly larger than a single garage & your aloud to work on your cars there.
Thing is, that as it's in a 'unit', it'll be subjected to business rates
whether it's for private use or not.
Anyone got any ideas how much this would cost, or if there is a way around it?..... And no, he won't let me keep a car in there 'CASH' in hand
