	I'm hoping to get a couple of cars painted this year. Can anyone recommend a good paint supplier in the Surrey, Sussex, Middlesex, London area? The two main criteria would be price and also ability to mix paints to match old Rootes colours. And while we're at it, does anyone have any recommendations regarding various paint brands. I'm not painting the cars myself so I'll probably have them done in 2 - pack. Are there any brands that provide a better finish in your opinion or offer some other advantage such as easier colour matching?

	I've heard rave reviews about Lechlar 2 pack though I haven't used it myself. I've used PPG Max Meyer and that is fantastic, used a U-Pol high build 2K primer which seems to cover really well but doesn't stick to anything particularly well so I might suggest steer clear unless it's my prep work that's up the duff. Got some 2 pack from a supplier on eBay called Jawel Paints and it was rubbish. Shine is bad and it doesn't harden off properly. Try and get the paint outside of London if you can or you'll be stuck paying London prices like me. It seems to be a hell of a lot cheaper if the supplier is elsewhere.
