I was just thinking about this the other day, I always wanted to get that pesky kid so I could have got driving the Pink Panther car !!I love that car !!(i hate that kid!)

I was just thinking about this the other day, I always wanted to get that pesky kid so I could have got driving the Pink Panther car !!I love that car !!(i hate that kid!) i was always jealous of him haha

I always got annoyed that the car was never explained or featured beyond the intro and end sequence. I had of the toy gyro wheel version of this. Basically a big rubber coated flywheel (well 2") with a cog which was spun up by pulling a toothed cord and then letting shoot off faster than any other toys of the time.

That was Fiesta based, wasnt it? Really easy to make your own they didnt alter the base car too much. (sorry)

Yeah, they did bore out the 1.3 pushrod a bit, apart from a slightly lenghthened bonnet and the pink paint though its stock Mk3 Fiesta. (sorry I don't know why I do this it isnt funny and no-ones impressed)
