Removed hub, removed oil seals, removed/changed wheel bearings, changed studs and fitted this!    Anyone local got a spring press i could borrow so i can hit the car with a lowering stick? |

I have spring compressing equipment. And chopping equipment. And some know-how. I will offer the use of the above for the cost of said wheels + 4 months 'shed money' + sundry debts.  |

I presume the old bearings were u/s? how did you know? just thought while i had the hub off i should do em anyway! |

Sorry I couldn't get back to you with any more help over durin' the day, I was charging around in the Merc between Stoneleigh and Kenilworth trying to find another cashpoint to rip money out of ;D

You're gonna need smaller tyres before that suckers gets much lower aren't ya? 175/55/15?

Surely 205/50/15 are quite close to 175/55/15 i bet there is only a matter of 15 - 20 mms difference

Russell, so just another 21 hours 'til all four are done.  Actually it'll be much less than that as the fronts should eb much easier. Also, no point changing the bearings if there's no need and its a pig of a job  I was charging around in the Merc between Stoneleigh and Kenilworth trying to find another cashpoint to rip money out of ;D Lewis, Was the one right outside the hall at Stoneleigh not working?  |
