'74 Viva HC 1256, ended up with 1800 magnum motor and new Wolfrace Slot Mags 10x13 rear 5x13 front, complete with jacked up backend. '74 Austin Mini 1000, still own this one 22 years on. '77 Magnum 1800 '80 Talbot Solara '83 Colt Mirage Turbo 1400cc '80 Opel Kadett 1300 '73 Mk1 Ford Escort 1300 '73 Mk1 Ford Escort 1300GT '80 BMW 323i '84 Toyota Corolla Twin Cam RWD, sold to a guy in southern ireland, well before they became popular, wonder if he knew something! '80 Mk2 Ford Escort 1300 Sport, fitted with 1700 x/flow and twin webbers '86 Peugeot 205 1.6 GTI '79 MGB GT '86 Mk2 Ford Fiesta 1300 '91 Peugeot 106 XSI '87 Mk2 Ford Fiesta 1300 '95 Ford Mondeo 2.5 V6 '98 Peugeot 306 TD Looking back at some of the more interesting ones, I often kick myself for not keeping hold of them, Might of been able to pay for a holiday this year, with the profits.

	My car list is pretty small to be honest, but I'll add them anyway! Sort of in order, ish: Austin Ambassador 1.7L (ex-family car that became my project car, which never quite made it in the end ) Mini Clubman saloon (first Mini, awww!) MG Metro Mk1 (engine donor, I know, I know but it was years ago, everyone was doing it!! ) Fiat Uno Mk1 Maestro 1.3L Maestro 1.6L (then became a 2.0 16v later on) Maestro Vanden Plas (current trackday/project car build) Suzuki Samurai (SJ13) Landrover 90 2.5 TD Vauxhall Nova 1.2 salloon (fitted with 1.4 high comp engine) Rover 25 1.4iL Mini Clubman salloon (snapdragon yellow, miss it a lot!) Rover 620ti (current daily rocket)

	Car history? Uh-oh, lets see if the brain can remember that far back! Been driving 12 years, albeit with a break of 18 months in the middle (got banned for driving like a tw@ ) In no particular order, here goes: 4x Mk2 escorts (First car was a Signal orange 1600 Sport, had 3 others although 1 was for spares) 3x Mk3 Escorts (favourite one was a Kermit green 1.6 cabrio - that I drew Kermit the frog on ) 3x Mk3 Capri's (2x 2.8i's and a 1.3L - feel the powah!) 1x Sierra 1.6GL (The big red funbus! ended up Tango Orange with 13x8" alleycats ) 1x Mk1 Fiesta (in poo bronw no less was curse word, only had it 2 days before i dumped it) 1x Mitsubishi Colt GLX (the one with high/low ratio box - died after I parked on a slipway & a biiig wave came in & soaked it) 2x Bedford CF2 (2litre shorty van with a 5speed box that managed 110mph on the motorway! & a 2.3 auto lwb van) 2x BMW E30 3series (a 318i auto that was free, and a 325iSport that wasnt! The 325iS was the only car i've ever sold, and is still on the road (albeit as a rally car now)) 1x BMW E28 Alpina B2.8 (paid £300, dumped it when the motor let go.. Only recently have I found out there was only 18 ever made! well gutted) 2x BMW E34 535i's (both current - white one is daily drive, blue one is parts car ) 1x Mk4 Escort van (more filler than metal - not by me either!) 2x Rover Sterlings (a mk1 & a mk2, both Honda 2.7 powered, both ate their auto boxes!) 1x Mk1 Granada 3.0 Ghia (beautiful, smoothest car I've ever driven, but was badly rotten.. The motor ended up in a transit IIRC) 1x Nissan Almera (one of the first, ex demo 1.4Si in baby-puke green.. fun for what it was i guess) 1x Rover SD1 V8 (over revved it and broke 2 pushrods.. swapped the motor, next day I put it sideways around a lamppost ) I think thats about it - hard work trying to remember them all! Over the last 4-5 years since getting my license back I've only had 4 cars (Sterling mk2, Almera & the 2 current 535i's), scary to think how many saveable retro motor's I've killed! slaps self repeatedly with wet kipper as pennance

	In roughly chronological order: 1275'd Morris Minor - Shared purchase with friend. 1600 Triumph Vitesse - Scrapped, because it was a dog. Triumph Herald 13/60 Convertible - Written off by uninsured cab driver. HB Viva - £50 experiment, a great car! Morris Minor van- funky death trap! SAAB 95 wagon - Got me my first photo in CC! A40 countryman - 'Stan' drove like the brakes were always on. HC Viva - with 4x100 BMW 2002 steels, which fell off. Skoda S110R - Centerline wheels, caused quite a stir! 2CV- Blue, suspension wound right down. '58 Minor - 3 spline drop, almost impossible to drive. Skoda Rapid - Grey, early wings/lights sold unfinished with Fiat T/C. Skoda Rapid - Yellow, another early one - used until head gasket went! VW Polo - nice car, never got round to doing the 'Euro' I'd seen in VWSCene mags. Fiat 131 Sport - Convertible, engine donor for Skoda. Skoda S110R - Black, Centerlines again - swapped for BMW! BMW 318i - E30 4dr, 16" Shnitzers, sold on quickly. Volvo Amazon wagon - 2.0 Pinto, very low! Austin Metro VdP - Just a 'normal' car really, but makes the list because it was fab! Volkswagen Passat GL5 - As above, BBS rims, lovely. 2CV Charleston - Chassis snapped. 2CV - Red, trying to recapture the fun of the blue one...failed again. Triumph Vitesse Estate - Great to drive, ended up in California. Volkswagen Caravelle - before the T25 revolution, people thought I was mad! Skoda Rapid - couldn't give it away, cost me £30 to scrap it! Anglia Estate - lowered, sold to Father-In-Law. '67 Beetle - Sat on the drive doing nothing - but it means I've had a Beetle! Triumph Herald Pro-Street - 5.0 V8 -My ultimate car, or so I thought. Toyota Cressida - Current ride, a seriously good car. '54 Morris Minor - Joint ownership with F-i-Law T/C powered Q car that I should be driving but need to get my finger out and fettle! Volvo 850 T-5 - Current family car - almost perfect, but FWD. I'm sure there's a few more...but that's all I'm doing now. ;D
