1998 Nissan Micra 1.0 Passion Automatic.
The car has had 1 previous owner, who was an elderly lady, and has been serviced every 3000 miles or so from new. I have stamps in the book and a detailed invoice for each service and the car is fully HPI clear. I have further invoices for tyres, brakes, exhausts etc, so the car has a folder stuffed full of receipts including the original logbook from 1998. It has MOT until September and it is taxed until the 30th of June 2013. We replaced the windscreen and the rear axle last August and the car has had the sills welded up in front of the rear arches, the most common rotting point on the K11 Micras. It had 4 new tyres (Tigar Siguras) last August also.
The bad points are a scar on the rear bumper and some light bubbling on the front driver's side arch, nothing through the paint. We've owned it for 2 and a half years, my wife passed her driving test in it and it has been faultlessly reliable. It has covered less than 1000 miles since its last MOT which had no advisories. The total mileage is just a shade over 50k miles and the interior is absolutely immaculate.
Only reason for sale is that we now need a bigger car for my wife and daughter, so if you have something I might be interested in, please let me know and we can have a deal.
No mechanical defects whatsoever and the car drives perfectly returning 50 miles to the gallon easily. Its in the lower tax band too, so its £135 a year. A perfect commuter, first car or runabout. More photos and details available, any inspection welcome. Enquiries by private message .
