Just wondering what these are like, a chap in my local, an older gent has one he has had for years, it looks very nice, black, on original alloys and it has had a full black leather retrim. Cant be many this good left.
He is asking £2500, are they worth that ?
I am sort of interested but the wife is not playing ball, anyone else fancy it, if so I will get his details, I thought it would be worth mentioning it on here and will create a for sale ad if he wants me to.

They are amazing! Ignoring the usual "rotary scaremongering" everything about them IMO is fantastic the handling, performance and driving experience is amongst the best I've experienced.
I'd say for £2500 you'd expect a clean turbo, n/a ones can be picked up much cheaper but the performance of the turbo is impressive and it's a much rarer car. Values are only going to climb.

I have one. You'll be amazed of the performance, the engine is such a masterpiece and you'll love the turbo pull. don't expect it to be cheap to run/maintain and you wont be upset. Mines on 62K miles and drives like new!

As above, ignore all the rotary scaremongering, like any car if it's looked after there's no reason it should go wrong. Only caveat I would say is "try before you buy". I have the RX-7 generations either side of the FC and fit both fine, but the seating to controls relationship in the FC means I can't fit in one and drive it. I need an extra joint in my leg to use the clutch, and there's no room to stick my leg out sideways lol. Maybe I'm just a mutant, but it's been the same in every FC I've tried (and that's quite a few over the years)
As Mullins says, that's kinda top moneys for one, mind
